Alex Rowe - Sylvana Commander

Hee. Hee. Hee.

This is Alex Rowe, commander of the airship Sylvana, from the excellent anime Last Exile. He is an offical inductee to my exclusive circle of Really Hot Anime Characters. Spike Speigle, Black Jack, Roger Smith, and now, Alex Rowe!

Alex Rowe is a man of few words, and even fewer smiles. He reminds me of Dorothy from The Big O, with tired eyes and the perpetual frown. But boy-howdy, is he gorgeous! He's in my club of guys that makes you melt into goo just by lookin' at 'em. And when he does open his mouth, it makes you want to fall to your knees and thank god for the bounty you have just recieved.

And on top of all that good, good stuff, he's also an anti-hero with a dark past and a broken heart. Why do you think he wears his hair like that? To cover a scar, of course!

But I degress. I want to talk about my actual picture. There was a time when I thought it wouldn't turn out good. Boy, was I wrong! Appearently, I'm way better at coloring and shading than I think I am. The actual line art is crap, but when all is said and done, the finished piece itself is butt-kick-ola!
