Beatles-YourMotherShouldKnow

A local library is having this month-long Beatles thing going on, and they are displaying art submitted by patrons and the like. When I saw this event advertised, I knew then and there that it was the closest thing to a sign from god, telling me to actually draw something. What's more, I decided to make not one, but two pictures. Needless to say, I am astonished at what I've managed to accomplish with these drawings.

This was something I had hatched the plan for many a month ago, but never had the opportunity or willpower to do. The art show changed all that, and so I found myself ready and able to make my small dream a reality.

I'm rather amused at myself for how well this turned out, really. Although I was running out of time halfway through this thing's production, I'm glad I stuck to my original idea as much as I did. It was all worth it to see the boys' adorable faces after all was said and done. (I know I have an anime bent to my drawing style, so I hope they're not too kawaii desu uguu~...)

It's simple, but I like it. But most importantly, I was able to draw again after close to a year of zero inspiration.
