Sauron of the One Ring

You're prolly thinking, "Holy smokin' Tolkien! Who the devil is that?" Well... I'm gonna tell you. It's Sauron. Yes. Not the big, pointy, scary suit of armor or the disembodied eye. This is what I think His Maia form looks like. "Why Elf ears?" you ask. Well... I'm not really sure why. Maybe it's the whole Firstborns thing. But you gotta admit... He does look pretty cool! How 'bout that look on his face? Priceless!

This turned out far better than I had planned. I thought it'd look lame when I was done, but it didn't! Huzzah! I wasn't sure how the colors would go, or His clothing. I just sort of made them up. However, I really adore the liitle head-decoration0thingy he was! >^o^< Aw... It has a wittle Eye on it. Also, I wasn't sure what I had wanted to do with the background, aside from featuring a sideways Barad-Dur.

Anywho... This sorta has to deal with a fan fic I'm planning on writing. It's a re-do of an old one that I wasn't too fond of. This time, I intend to really get to the main idea... The concept of there being two Saurons; the Eye and the Ring.

Fu-fu-fu! What's so great about that? Well... Isn't it a bit odd that Sauron seemed a bit too preccupied about Gondor and Men while the Ring was only a stone's throw from Mount Doom? I did, until I came up with this theory (ultimately bogus, but still a theory) that since there were two of them, each did their own thang. Men defeated Him once; they could do it again. The Eye kept them busy while the Ring set to work on Its bearer. And if all went as planned, Sauron would return after all of the Men of Middle-earth had fallen, and reclaim the Ring off of Frodo's dead body, thus returning all His power into one, single continuity. (Then, I think he'd go after Valinor and try and free Melkor, so they both could overthow the Vala, but that's just another bogus theory.)

So the Ring's trying to do what Its been doing for quite some time; get as far away from Its carrier as possible. But this time around, It has grown rather "fond" of Its current owner. This time, instead of jumping ship, It intends to completely destroy Frodo, mind, body, and soul. And O! the things It does to this poor fellow! Rather than manipulate Frodo into growing attached to the Ring Itself, It tricks Frodo into an enthrallment of a completely different kind... And what that is can only remain the secret of my story, friends.

Not that you actually care, mind you. I love to humor my pathetic, little fantasies once in a while... Make it seem like my fan fics aren't a total waste of time...
