Betcha couldn't guess who this guy is if you had a thousand years to do so! Naw. It's the surgeon we all know and love... Black Jack. 
I drew him a tad differently this time. I wanted the viewer to know that it is a coat that he always wears around his shoulders for some odd reason. It took me a while to figure it out myself. Anywho, I hope you enjoy this one. I know I do!
